Jeff is a Bachelor of Arts in Communication student at Tarlac State University with experience in digital engagement, content creation, graphic design, public information, and social media management through his involvement in various student organizations. He is particularly interested in editing, digital media, and visual storytelling, and enjoys creating content that is both informative and engaging.
