CAPAS, Tarlac (Nov. 18, 2023) — A joint venture between Filinvest Land Inc (FLI) and the Bases Conversion and Development Authority has further cemented the New Clark City here as a growth hub as they jointly launched the new Filinvest Innovation Park – New Clark City.
Filinvest’s President and Chief Executive Officer Tristan Las Marias said that the new project will contribute to the local economy.
“We take pride in offering a new asset class that not only supports businesses but also contributes to the local economy’s growth – ready for tomorrow, ready for the world,” Las Marias said.
The FLI President and CEO also said that the project’s state-of-the-art green and digital features “will provide an ideal environment for logistics, e-commerce, and light manufacturing ventures.”
