TARLAKENYO (July 12, 2024) — The Court of Appeals (CA) has ordered all Philippine financial institutions and government agencies to freeze the assets of suspended Bamban mayor Alice Guo.
The Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) has petitioned the CA to freeze Guo’s assets and bank accounts.
According to the AMLC petition, 90 bank accounts, 12 real estate properties, and 13 vehicles (including a helicopter) belonging to Guo and her associates will remain frozen for 20 days.
Below are Guo’s and her associates’ bank accounts with total transactions from 2006 to 2024 —
Alice Guo (36 accounts in 9 banks with total transactions of P4.662 billion from 2006 to 2024)
QJJ Farm Inc.: Guo is incorporator (19 banks with P17.5 billion in bank transactions from 2010 to 2024)
Yu Zheng Can: Incorporator of POGO Hongsheng Gaming Technology Inc., which reported changed its name to Zun Yuan Technology Inc. after it was raided in 2023 (1 bank with P3.3 billion worth of transactions from 2020 to 2022)
QSeeds Genetics: Agri supplier (2 bank accounts with P831.8 million in transactions from 2021 to 2024)
3Lin-Q Farm Inc.: Guo is an incorporator (12 banks with P831.1 million in transactions from 2016 to 2024)
Baoying Lin: Baofu incorporator (1 bank with 2 accounts with P344 million transactions from 2016 to 2023)
Westcars Inc.: Guo is an incorporator (2 banks with P248 million in transactions from 2019 to 2024)
QJJ Embroidery Center Inc.: Guo is incorporator (banks with P60 million in bank transactions from 2012 to 2023)
Roderick Paul Bernardo Pujante: Incorporator of Zun Yuan (P33.9 million transactions from 2019 to 2022)
Zhiyang Huang: Baofu incorporator and stockholder (5 accounts in 3 banks with P15 million transactions from 2012 to 2022)
Jian Zhong Guo: Mayor Guo’s father, who uses the Filipino name Angelito Guo, as the mayor’s co-incorporator in several businesses
Jan Patrick Diaz Samson: Incorporator of Westcars
Hongjiang Yang: Shares a bank account with Hongsheng incorporator Yu Zheng Can
