TARLAC CITY, Tarlac — The Tarlac Provincial Police Office (PPO) actively participated in the nationwide Simultaneous Launching of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Integrity Caravan for Ethical Policing via Facebook Live on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
Provincial Director PCol. Joel Mendoza, together with the command group, staff officers, and Provincial Superintendent of the Tarlac Provincial Internal Affairs Service P/Lt. Col. Anderson Mauricio joined the virtual conference from Camp General Francisco Macabulos.
PNP Acting Deputy Chief PNP for Administration P/Lt. Gen. Bernard Banac led the national launch of the program and reminded his fellow police officers about the PNP’s core values.
“There is one principle that must always be done above all else, that is integrity. Ito ang pundasyon ng tiwala, ito ang sukatan ng serbisyo publiko at ito rin ang batayan ng isang organisasyong nais maging huwaran sa mata ng mamamayan.
“Kapag nasira ang tiwala mahirap na itong maibalik kaya ang integridad ay hindi obligasyon. Through this Integrity Caravan, we are bringing quality monitoring closer in every unit,” Banac said.
The initiative was centered on implementing the PNP’s 6-Point Ethical Guide that serves as the “moral compass” of the police force. It aims to guide and strengthen the culture, integrity, professionalism, and accountability among police personnel.
