PASIG CITY, Philippines (February 6, 2026) – Tarlac Governor Christian Yap expressed gratitude to Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto and the local government for warmly welcoming officials and staff of the Tarlac Provincial Government during a learning visit held today, February 6.
In a social media post, Governor Yap highlighted the valuable insights gained from Pasig City’s innovative programs, particularly the Pasig City-Wide Land Information Management and Automation (Pasig CLIMA), presented by Ms. Priscilla Mejillano; the Pasig Government Employees Management System (Pasig GEMS), shared by Ms. Elvira Flores; and the advocacy-driven Pasig Innovative for Circular Economy (Pasig ICE) Hub, led by Mr. Allendri Angeles.
The governor also extended appreciation to City Administrator Atty. Jeronimo Manzanero and the entire Pasig City Government for sharing their best practices in efficient, modern, and transparent governance.
“Ang ganitong mga ugnayan at palitan ng kaalaman ay mahalaga sa patuloy nating hangarin na mapabuti ang serbisyo publiko para sa bawat Tarlaqueño. Muli, maraming salamat po at mabuhay ang Lungsod ng Pasig at Lalawigan ng Tarlac!,” Yap stated.
The learning visit underscores the growing inter-local government partnerships aimed at enhancing administrative efficiency and adopting sustainable development models.
