TARLAC CITY, Tarlac (July 2, 2024) โ The City Government of Tarlac, under the leadership of Mayor Cristy Angeles, delivered much-needed assistance through the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) Payout at the Kaisa Convention Hall. This event aimed to support residents with their medical expenses and basic needs.
Mayor Angeles expressed her gratitude and joy, saying, “God is good all the time. We have been given a friend and ally in the Senate.”
A total of 665 beneficiaries each received P3,000 in financial aid, made possible through the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). This crucial support was generously provided by Senator Joel Villanueva, who allocated 2 million pesos for this initiative.
Representatives of Senator Villanueva, including Mr. Cris Sarmiento, Mr. Brandon Daquiuag, and Mr. Mark Jamin, were present to personally distribute the assistance and extend the senatorโs unwavering commitment to the people of Tarlac City.
