Tarlac City is biggest LTO impounding center in Luzon

TARLAC CITY, Tarlac (October 11, 2024) — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) chief inspected its new impounding center – its largest in Luzon – yesterday.

The LTO inspection was to ensure the readiness of the facility to serve as the central hub for LTO’s impounding operations in Luzon – streamlining the management of impounded vehicles and helping enforce traffic laws.

Law Enforcement Service Director Francis Ray Almora, Traffic Adjudication Service Director Esteban Baltazar Jr, Field Enforcement Division Chief Roderick Minong, and Consultant Alex Verzosa joined the inspection. Also present were Regional Directors Roque Verzosa III of the National Capital Region, Glorioso Daniel Martinez of Region 1, Ronnie Montejo of Region 3, and Elmer Decena of Region 4A, who are expected to benefit from the new impounding area.
