Rivera earliest to file COC

TARLAC CITY, Tarlac (October 1, 2024) — Tarlac Third Congressional District Representative Noel “Bong” Rivera was an early bird at the Commission on Elections provincial office.

Rep. Rivera filed his Certificate of Candidacy at 10 am today accompanied by his family and Board Members Dan David and Tootsie Cruz. His wife, Evelyn, is a presumptive vice mayoral candidate in Concepcion, Tarlac.

The former barangay captain completed his first term as a congressman with 43 principal-authored bills, including the re-establishment of the San Martin Elementary School in Concepcion town after residents virtually abandoned Barangay San Martin during the eruption of Mount Pinatubo in 1991.
