As part of the simultaneous activities in celebration of the 8th Kaisa Festival, the city government of Tarlac and the Public Employment Service Office, in partnership with SM City Tarlac, initiated a Mega Job Fair at the mall.
“Through this job fair, we hope to connect and match more than a thousand job seekers with participating companies and establishments,” said Tarlac City Mayor Cristy Angeles.
SM City Tarlac Mall Manager Engr. Darrel Ramos expressed his deepest thanks to the city for always choosing SM as their partner venue. He also mentioned that the mall offers a mall-wide Kaisa Festival Sale to join in the said city festivity.
Forty-seven local employers joined in the said mega job fair – SM Supermalls, Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC), The SM Store (TSS), and SM Supermarket are among the companies who participated. There are 9 hired-on-the-spot applicants in SM Supermarket, 10 qualified applicants in SCMC, and 77 qualified applicants in TSS.
Aside from job fair, registration for government IDs such as police clearance and cedula were also made available.
