TARLAC CITY, Tarlac (May 26, 2023) — The Provincial Government of Tarlac unveiled a set of commemorative postage stamps marking the province’s 150th founding anniversary.
Governor Susan Yap was joined by Postmaster General Luis Carlos, Vice-Governor Carlito David, and Northwest Luzon Postal Area Director Merma Lea Abalos as they presented the “Maningning ang Magiting” stamps designed by Paolo Beltran and Diogenes Simbol of Tarlac City in collaboration with Eunice Beatrix Dabu of PHLpost.
The four designs feature the Capas Death March, the Provincial Capitol, Monasterio de Tarlac in San Jose, and the Canarem Lake in Victoria.
