CAPAS, Tarlac (May 30, 2023) — The Philippine Army and the Tarlac Heritage Foundation (THF) joined forces to combat climate change.
Giant bamboo propagules were planted on the eight-hectare project at the Armor (Pambato) Division camp in O’Donnell, in Barangay Sta. Lucia here to jumpstart the greening program.
Division Commander Maj. Gen. Facundo Palafox IV, Chief of Staff Col. Charlemagne Batayola, and Isabel Cojuangco Suntay, founder of THF, were at the forefront of the activity.
