TARLAC CITY, Tarlac (June 26, 2024) — The city government recognized 99 student-athletes and 51 coaches and trainers for their contribution to local sports development.
The city’s representatives to the Central Luzon Regional Athletic Association (CLRAA) last month received one-time incentives with medalists receiving cash rewards.
Tarlac City had a medal haul of 15 gold, 14 silver, and 15 bronze.
CLRAA 2024 last month culminated in the runaway medal haul of Bulacan Province. Tarlac Province placed 4th while Tarlac City managed a respectable 10th place among 20 Central Luzon Schools Divisions from seven provinces.
