SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga (Jan. 19, 2023) — The town of Anao led 14 other Tarlac government units that received the 2022 Top Performing LGUs in their respective anti-drug campaigns on January 16, 2023.
The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Tarlac congratulated the Provincial Government of Tarlac, the City of Tarlac, and the municipalities of Anao, Bamban, Camiling, Capas, Concepcion, Gerona, Moncada, Paniqui, Ramos, San Clemente, San Manuel, Santa Ignacia, Victoria for being hailed as Top Performing Provincial, City and Municipal Awardees in the 2022 Regional Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) in a ceremony held at the Kingsborough International Convention Center here.
The Local Government Unit of Anao, Tarlac, was given also recognized by the DILG for garnering 100% functionality for their Anti-Drug Abuse Council.
The Regional ADAC Performance Award is a recognition given by DILG Region III to LGUs for exemplary performance in the implementation of drug-related programs, projects, and activities.
