In celebration of the 150th birth anniversary of Servillano Aquino, an event was held at Concepcion Plazuela where flowers were offered at his marker as a tribute. The program was led by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines under the leadership of Lisa Nakpil, in cooperation with the Local Government of Concepcion headed by Mayor Noel Villanueva.

Also present at the event was Former Senator Bam Aquino, a relative of Servillano Aquino, who joined in honoring the legacy of his ancestor.
